Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A – For Europe, North America and Australia you can expect your package around 3-4 days. If you are based outside of the mentioned areas, please contact us for exact shipping times and cost.
Q - How often do you ship?
A - We ship 6 days a week.
Q – Can you cope with large orders?
A - Yes, we can ship by air cargo.
Q - Are you actually official wholesalers?
A - We work direct with Shiroi Neko and we have been given permission to sell all brands on our website
Q - Do you offer a door to door service?
A - We provide a door to door service and to reduce shipping costs, we can offer a pick up service at the nearest available airport of your choice.
Q – Can I make a specific order, where I choose x amount of one particular style?
A – Yes. On special orders, the turn-around time will be up to 28 days. We require 100pcs per style and that can be provided in any size ratio that you require. With Eternity they provide 4 styles per 100pcs, however must be in one colour and you can choose the size ratio.
